We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Description of service

Quickcheck provides a web-based checklist management application that allows users to create, organize, and track progress on persistent checklists. The Service is accessed through a web browser and requires an internet connection.

At our current scale as a personal project, no mandatory registration as a "Significant Data Fiduciary" is required. These commitments are made in good faith and will be updated as the Service evolves.

The Service uses various open-source libraries (including Supabase client library), all under permissive licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0). No copyleft or GPL-licensed dependencies are used in the core application stack.
